I originally trained as a teacher of speech, drama and English. I have taught at all levels of education, including the London Theatre Schools, and have spent some time as an actor and theatre director. I then brought my skills of teaching and coaching the techniques of great communication and positive personal impact to the professional and business sectors.
For over twenty years, I have been designing and delivering a range of programmes based around three areas – Making a Positive Impact, Business Development and Leadership.
I have worked at all levels from trainees and graduates through to senior partners and CEO’s. My training and coaching is designed for small groups and on a one-to-one basis. As well as conducting training programmes, I am often invited to speak at conferences and seminars.
I am accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for CPD points and I am a ‘preferred supplier’ for Lex Mundi. I have been awarded Trainer of the Year by the LETG (Legal Education and Training Group).
